Open Enrollment

For 2027 benefits, employees must use the UKG Benefit Admin System to review options, confirm current elections, and submit benefit changes. It is your responsibility to review your benefits, coverage elections, and covered dependents.

Open enrollment is your opportunity to enroll in benefits for the first time or make changes to your current benefit elections. The choices you make during open enrollment generally stay in place for the full plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Looking for benefit documents?
Log in to UKG, then go to Benefits > Manage My Benefits > Documents to view available benefit guides, plan summaries, notices, and related materials.

Using the Myself Section in UKG

Life insurance beneficiaries

Life insurance beneficiaries

1

Log in to UKG.

2

Go to Benefit Admin.

3

On the left side, select My Beneficiaries.

4

Add or update beneficiary information.

5

Review your selections before submitting.

If you elect or change basic life or voluntary life coverage, UKG may prompt you to provide a beneficiary.

Keeping beneficiary information current helps make sure benefits are paid according to your wishes. Beneficiaries can usually be changed during the year.

Making changes during the year

After open enrollment ends, your elections generally stay in place for the full plan year.

You may only be able to make changes during the year if you experience a qualifying life event, such as:

Marriage

Divorce

Birth or adoption of a child

Loss of other coverage

Dependent losing eligibility

Change in employment status

If you have a qualifying life event, log in to UKG and contact the Benefit Resource Center or Human Resources quickly. Documentation may be required.

Before you submit elections

Use this checklist:

Review your current elections.

Confirm who you want to cover.

Elect dental and vision separately if you want those coverages.
