Your benefit cost depends on your employee group, pay frequency, coverage level, and the benefits you elect.
Some benefits are provided at no cost to eligible employees, some are shared between you and Maple Leaf Farms, and some are paid fully by employees who elect them.

Log in to UKG Benefit Admin to calculate your election cost. 
Contact the Benefits Team if something does not look right.

Enrolled in the HDHP? Also factor in your HSA contributions and any Maple Leaf Farms HSA matching contribution.
Payroll deductions
Rates vary
Payroll deductions are not the same for every employee group. For example, some employees have weekly deductions, some salaried employees have bi-weekly deductions, and COBRA participants have monthly rates. Review the document that applies to you before making elections.
Medical costs
Review your employee-specific guide or highlight for the Traditional Plan and HDHP payroll deductions.
Dental and vision costs
Dental and vision are elected separately from medical. Review your guide or UKG for your cost by coverage level.
Voluntary benefits
Voluntary life, accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness costs depend on the coverage you elect and applicable eligibility rules.
COBRA costs
COBRA participants generally pay the full cost of coverage and should review the COBRA highlight for monthly rates
